Our bariatric surgery program includes a medically supervised weight loss program ideal for Baylor employees. During the medical weight loss program, you will receive:

- Dietary counseling by a licensed dietitian
- Activity and exercise counseling
- Letter of surgery request sent to your insurance on completion of the program

If you are unable to attend our Denton Texas weight loss program, you may participate in distance learning using telephone counseling and medical monitoring with your primary physician.
After attending a consultation with Dr. Stewart at our office and a same-day bariatric surgery seminar, we begin the distance learning program that fulfills the medical weight loss and education requirements of your insurance.
