| What is OPTIFAST®The OPTIFAST Products and program was developed by Novartis Nutrition based on the belief that a problem as complex as being overweight requires a complex solution-one that deals with the physical, social, and emotional aspects of being overweight. The OPTIFAST liquid formula is a low-calorie nutritional product that can be used as an 800 calorie diet and completely replace meals. The formula comes in a variety of flavors including chocolate; french vanilla, and strawberry, as well as chicken and tomato soups.
